Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fab operation
- Leads a team of engineers and operators to hit company production target
- Responsible in driving continuous improvement activities
- work closely with internal department to achieve company goals
- Work closely with overseas counterparts
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering or it\'s equivalent
- At least 3 years related working experience
- Good leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skils
