What the role is:You support the organisation\'s efforts in enhancing the effectiveness and readiness of instructors and trainers. You conduct instructional courses, workshops and training, employing effective pedagogies and learning technologies, within a technology-enabled learning environment.What you will be working on:Your challenge lies in to effectively engage and train a diverse profile of course participants from the services.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 2 to 3 years\' work experience in training and education related fields. Possession of professional certificates (i.e. WSQ ACLP, WSQ ACTA or WSQ DACE) will be advantageous. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
