Siemens, a pioneering leader in technology and sustainable solutions, invites you to step into the role of Manager - Project Excellence & Digital!You will create an impact with:Strategic Leadership: Lead dynamic teams in devising innovative digital strategies tailored to our clients\' needs, with technology at the forefront.Client Engagement: Inspire and guide our clients through the adoption of cutting-edge approaches, from pilot phases to full-scale implementation.Ownership and Accountability: Take charge of project success, fostering clear communication and alignment with both clients and internal leadership.Team Development: Mentor and coach consultants, empowering them to expand their capabilities and excel professionally.Relationship Building: Serve as the trusted face of Siemens, forging strong, trust-based connections with our clients.Business Development: Actively support and contribute to business growth initiatives, while also assuming internal project management responsibilities.Your success is based on:Experience: Bring 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in digital project management within an industrial setting, ideally across diverse industrial domains.Technical Expertise: Expose to different industrial technology stacks (Sensors, communication, SCADA, MES, LIMS, QMS, CMMS, ML, AI, Cloud, IoT) is a big differentiator.Exposure to implementing IT-OT integration projects involving elements such as enterprise ICT/ERP/MES/ industrial IoT-data based applicationsTechnology Acumen: Exposure to a wide range of industrial technology stacks, including sensors, AI, cloud, and IoT, will set you apart.Leadership: Proven track record of leading digital transformations in renowned industrial enterprises or startups, with at least 2 years\' experience as a project manager.Education: Hold an exceptional degree from a globally recognized university or business school, ideally in business, engineering, natural science, or IT.Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate exceptional analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.Communication: Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with proficiency in English.Team Spirit: Embrace a collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel regionally and internationally.In return, we offer:
