The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Project manage and oversee fit-out of construction related activities.Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in thematic/gallery/museum attraction fit out works.Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.Attend regular site meetings and inspections.Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.Review fit-out contractor shop drawings and materials submission quality and progress.Assess buildability of consultant design, choice of materials and advise construction methodology with in-depth knowledge of available technology in the industry.Conduct contractor technical tender assessment.Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.Project budget and change order management.Discussion and negotiation with Subcontractors/Vendors.Devise mitigation measures when delay occurs.Ensure consultants design matches users and stakeholders needs by maintaining effective communication thorough the project cycle.Complete fit-out contractor final accountsTo undertake any other reasonable tasks required.Other relevant duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Minimum Degree/Diploma in Civil or Building Management/Construction Management/ Interior Design / Mechanical, Electrical & Engineering discipline.At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Fitouts in Gallery/Museum/Themed venues.Ability to read CAD drawings and work under dynamic phases and stress.Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a teamGood interpersonal and communication skills.Relevant experience in Interior Design & Fit outs.Candidates with playground experience in addition to Interior Design & Fit outs will have an added advantage.Meticulous, organised and detail- orientedStrong interpersonal skillsProficient in presentationsSpecialization : Indoor Attractions
