Manager (property Enforcement)
Job Description
What the role is:To oversee/manage enforcement and compliance related activities for JTC properties.What you will be working on:1. Manage the inspection of JTC properties, schedule inspections using data analytics 2. Study and propose new methods of inspection and enforcement, including the use of technology to optimize outcomes 3. Build close working relationship with partner enforcement agencies for optimal joint enforcement 4. Prepare and present outcomes of initiatives and other reports to management 5. Develop/Review enforcement processes from time to time to ensure efficiency of work processesWhat we are looking for:
- Relevant degree with at least 5 years of working experience in similar or related role xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with use of data-driven decision-making and operations xe2x80xa2 Inquisitive mindset and keen interest in challenging the status quo and thinking out of the box xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with data handling and visualization is a plus
