Job Description
:
You will be involved in the planning and coordination of special interest visits to Gardens by the Bay and be responsible for the administration and coordination of all pre and post visits\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. These include external and internal liaisons, site visits, site preparations as well as the preparation of monthly schedules, which require tracking of records and budget reports. You will work closely with the Assistant Director (Protocol) to advise on the appropriate application of protocol for various levels of visits as well as the Management to meet the needs of the guests.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Customer Relationship and Service Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal, coordination and communication (both spoken and written) skills
- Dynamic, motivated and organised team player
- Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
