What the role is:You secure the essential services and/or material required for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). On this, you implement and drive the DIS\'s provisioning strategies and processes, and oversee loans, procurement value, and overall performance of procurement activities.What you will be working on:You plan the material requirement in support of operations which includes the raising of purchase requests, material codification, raising of purchase orders, evaluation of purchases, monitoring of deliveries and reviewing of provisioning policies in support of daily operations. Your challenges lie in redefining and standardising processes across units to allow easier compliance to governance, and building up provisioning management competencies within the DIS so as to achieved the required change implementations.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 3 years\' experience in Supply Chain Management such as procurement and logistics. You must be able to communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders, and possess an eye for details. Proficiency in SAP, particularly in material master data, procurement and supply management, will be advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
