Manager (real Estate)

Job Description
:
You will be reporting to the Lead of Real Estate. Working in a team that shares knowledge and supports each other in a non-hierarchical way. Varied job that involves a lot of interaction with landlords, RE agents and internal stakeholders to secure a productive and cost-efficient lease portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Business Units to establish site selection criteria
- Source for new site though direct engagement with landlords and real estate agents
- Conduct site potential analysis and due diligence
- Possess good lease negotiation skills
- Have working knowledge of the legal requirements and work with in-house counsel for real estate transaction
- Be able to conduct lease management of existing leases
- Be able to understand financial analysis and market data to develop clear recommendations and present findings
- Manage and expand network of RE agents
- Handle ad hoc operational issues
- Education : min BA in Real Estate or related field
- Min 5 years of relevant real estate experience in leasing
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to analysis financial projections and metrics
- Change and Improvement Management skills
