Job overview:
This position sits within the International OPS structure, which is responsible for all strategic Ops projects for all RBI brands across its international regions (EMEA, APAC, & LAC). Within this structure, the position reports into the OPS Engineering function. The type of projects will vary but tend to be of medium- to long-term focus, on one or more of these areas: guest experiences, restaurant efficiency, and franchisee profitability.
This position interacts with a wide range of individuals and teams including but not limited to restaurant team members, multi-unit managers, restaurant owners, equipment/technology manufacturers, internal cross-functional teams such as ops, tech, marketing, supply chain, development and the leadership team.
