Lead / Co-lead the implementation of the compliance programme, initiatives, policies and culture across Keppel, including continuous improvement of the compliance programmes.
Develop and support new initiatives in the Compliance programme that are more forward-looking in nature such as identification and assessment of regulatory risk.
Provide support and thought leadership for the adequate compliance resource and expertise across Keppel to enable effective delivery of the mandate.
Provide support and thought leadership for the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification for Keppel and seek ways to optimize the programme.
Monitor and refine training approaches and delivery to improve learners\' retention and effectiveness for signature training programmes.
Manage and ensure the successful completion of the annual declaration exercises for staff / third party associates.
Provide support and thought leadership for the quarterly segment committee meetings and the quarterly Keppel Board Risk Committee meeting.
Support the Supervisor on any other matters that may be instructed from time to time as we look to implement Project Darwin to evolve Keppel to become a global asset manager with operating capabilities.
Risk Management
Lead / Co-lead the execution of the ERM framework including review, assessment and reporting of Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s top risks.
Provide support and thought leadership in the review of segment level top risks through close collaboration with segment stakeholders.
Review, conduct and update risk assessments on major projects and investments.
Working closely with segments to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate key risks.
Provide support and thought leadership in the development and implementation of Keppel wide ERM initiatives.
Conduct and lead ERM training/workshops across the segment.
Provide support and thought leadership for the quarterly segment committee meetings and the quarterly Keppel Board Risk Committee meeting.
Support the Supervisor on any other matters that may be instructed from time to time as we look to implement Project Darwin to evolve Keppel to become a global asset manager with operating capabilities.
