Job Overview:
As an SDR Manager at Redis, you will lead and mentor an international team of 6 Sales Development Representatives across APAC/South Asia/ANZ/Indonesia. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic outbound plans into our target accounts, coaching your team to excel in prospecting and qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets. An excellent team player, full of energy whose 2nd nature is to celebrate our team\'s success.
