Responsibilities: -
To be able to independently canvas and develop new sales accounts or new sales territories being assigned by the company.
To be responsible and accountable for the monthly & annual sales & gross profit targets assigned.
To be able to propose, strategize & execute sales action plans and provide regular weekly/monthly updates to the GM (Sales)
To support sales team in the management of sales administration and operations.
To be responsible and accountable for any reasonable tasks/duties/responsibilities assigned by the company's management.
Manage, grow & support the sales team's customer accounts by understanding, analysing and propose or take necessary actions to achieve the goals and objectives.
To directly or indirectly provide quotations, follow up on sales orders, shipment preparations, payment collections and provide after-sales support either on individual or sales team's assigned customer accounts, when required.
Work on and/or propose new ideas to achieve team's goals and budgets.
To assist in leading and managing sales team members (executive and below assign to him/her) and to align overall sales objectives through effective guidance and support to ensure that they carry out necessary tasks to achieve goals set.
Maintaining team cohesiveness and professional managerial ethics as expected by the company.
Perform Company stock-take duty.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements :-
Outdoor or Export sales managerial experiencepreferred.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in spare parts and heavy machinery industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Able to communicate in mandarin in liaising with mandarin speaking customers and colleagues from mainland China.
Willing to travel overseas
Proficient with Microsoft Office
