About this role

  • Maximise occupancy of the Singapore EXPO and MAX Atria with the desired client mix and event types
  • Execute strategic plans developed by Head of Sales to grow share of hybrid events and digital services
  • Establish and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services in order to generate new and repeat business.
  • Understanding market trends, needs and identifying potential partners/ sales channels and develop business plans to strategies for business collaboration by actively contacting potential partners to explore opportunities
  • Build deep relationships and entrench existing clients. Identify and have direct access to decision makers of major accounts
  • Conduct sales presentations and site visits to interested clients
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network

To help you succeed in this role, you should have
  • Degree in Marketing/Hospitality & Tourism/Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment to achieve KPIs, preferably in MICE industry
  • Deep passion for sales with a proven solid track record
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure
