In this role, you will

  • Actively acquire new clients and cultivate relationships through a robust pipeline of opportunities, developed through a deep understanding of the market trends.
  • Understands the needs of the clients and planning within their allocated resources and meeting objectives to maximise the returns that they seek.
  • Key objective is to maximise occupancy and revenue in order to achieve the business targets of the company.
  • Establishing and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services in order to generate new and repeat business.
  • You will also be required to oversee the event from initial sales process to completion of the event.
  • Other adhoc tasks may be assigned to you from time to time.
To help you succeed in this role, you should have
  • At least 3 - 4 years of work experience Business Development, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism.
  • Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven.
  • Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
