Actively acquire new clients and cultivate relationships through a robust pipeline of opportunities, developed through a deep understanding of the market trends.
Understands the needs of the clients and planning within their allocated resources and meeting objectives to maximise the returns that they seek.
Key objective is to maximise occupancy and revenue in order to achieve the business targets of the company.
Establishing and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services in order to generate new and repeat business.
You will also be required to oversee the event from initial sales process to completion of the event.
Other adhoc tasks may be assigned to you from time to time.
To help you succeed in this role, you should have
At least 3 - 4 years of work experience Business Development, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism.
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven.
Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
