We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Group Wholesale Banking and Market Operations provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the management team of Scan Hub Operations Centre, a Nerve Centre for digitization and archiving of the Bank\'s customers\' documents.

  • Lead a team of more than 10 operations staff with different abilities and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of document management services to meet service level agreements
  • Plan and manage the operational activities and ensure optimal staffing levels within the team so as to achieve a high level of efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure the Bank\'s policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to fulfill the compliance and business requirements
  • Be involved in the process improvement related projects or ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Preferably at least 2 years\' experience leading a team of more than 10 staff
  • Has experience using any of the Bank\'s systems, e.g. BWCIF & EWF, and performing lodgment / retrieval of archival boxes from Iron Mountain
  • Must possess a heart for working with people with disabilities in an inclusive environment
  • Support inclusion and to focus on staffs\' strengths and abilities to train staff on suitable tasks
  • Must be patient, meticulous and logical in their work and capable of prioritizing tasks
  • Be self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to use Excel to report and manage daily/monthly transaction volume
