Job Description
URGENTLocation : OutramPosition : Manager \xe2\x80\x93 SCE Service ExcellenceSalary : S$3,800 per month - (Degree with at least 2 years of work experience)(Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)Contract period \xe2\x80\x93 Immediate (1 year)
- Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.
- Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.
- SE requires the support of temporary staff for the team in view of staff movement and the high number of complex cases especially appeal cases for financial support received, largely through MPs.
- \xe2\x80\xa2Currently the team is temporarily boosted by two interns from PSD-ITE programme who will soon end their internship by May/Jun 2024, and the temporary staff will be needed to provide continuity for case management.
- National Patient Experience Survey
- Case Management - Handling of Simple-Tier 2 complex public queries in support of the SE team that manages all Complex and Simple-Tier 2 cases
- Project administrative matters, and other adhoc duties to support SC
