Job Description

This role shall support in ensuring the security and safety of the business unit (BU) through effective management of outsourced security operations, implementation of strategic security measures and coordinating investigation responses.Security Manpower

• Manage outsourced security agency to ensure its performance in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular and surprise audits to ensure the outsourced security agency meets the stipulated KPIs

Security Planning and Implementation

• Assist in implementing and updating comprehensive security plans and procedures.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of physical security measures (e.g. access control, surveillance systems, alarms).
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Incident Response and Investigations

• Lead the investigation of security incidents, including theft and fraud
• Gather evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare detailed investigative reports.
• Work in collaboration with internal departments (e.g. HR, Legal) to ensure proper handling of investigations.

Law Enforcement Liaison

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with local and relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on criminal investigations, sharing information and evidence as necessary.
• Act as a point of contact for law enforcement inquiries or requests for assistance.

Training and Awareness

• Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Diploma level
• Experienced in conducting investigation and manage investigation team
• Experienced working with law enforcement agency is preferable
