Job Description

We are currently working with a global Hospitality developer and operator with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented Asset Management Senior Manager / Manager who will play an instrumental role in expanding the REIT portfolio returns through rigorous asset management strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all asset teams to manage and oversee the annual budget and business plans for third-party managed properties and leases in the portfolio.
- Analyze and monitor the financial and operational performance of third-party managed properties against market standards.
- Provide direction and manage new contracts, renewals, and other matters such as arrears and rebates for third-party managed properties.
- Actively monitor and manage the portfolio of leases (including master leases and commercial) within the portfolio.
- Recommend redevelopment, AEI, or divestment when deemed optimal.
- Monitor redevelopments and AEIs and lead divestments to completion.
- Review the annual valuation of third-party managed properties.
- Work closely with third-party operators to align the asset plans with organization\'s business interests, such as sustainability targets.

Key Requirements:
- A degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Knowledgeable about real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management.
- Familiar with management agreements, lease negotiation and management, preferably in hotel management agreements, master leases, and commercial leases.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
