Job Description
The Business Development Unit, under the Enterprise Strategy & Development Division, is tasked to support CAG Management in growing new non-traditional businesses in Changi Airport Group. You would lead or be involved in the following areas:
- Developing and monitoring CAG\'s portfolio of non-traditional businesses
- Creating and evaluating new business opportunities, especially in the area of airport land intensification
- Proposing new business areas CAG should venture into, getting Management buy-in
- Partnership-building - structuring and negotiating commercial contracts, long-term partnership agreements and joint ventures
- Working with stakeholders across the Group
- Good business acumen and strong storyboarding and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, able to manage projects independently; able to build trust, good stakeholder management
- Past experiences in real estate investment and development, M&A, portfolio management and B2B sales & marketing, will be advantageous
