What the role is:
As Manager/ Senior Manager, Charities in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of the team overseeing fundraising activities and management of donation funds in MOE schools and regulating Charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPC) under the Education Sector.
What you will be working on:

• Set and review fundraising policies, and provide guidance and briefings to MOE schools o Assess charity status registrations, evaluate IPC status conferment and renewal, and provide regulatory compliance advice to external charities and IPC under the Education Sector o Analyse financial and donation information, conduct governance reviews and monitor implementation of review recommendations for MOE schools and external charities o Manage accounts, investments and payments for a charity with IPC status, and prepare financial statements for audit submission to ACRA and Commissioner of Charities

What we are looking for:

• Relevant training and/ or past working experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Management would be preferred o Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills o Good communication skills with ability to work well with various stakeholders o Resourcefulness and attention to detail As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
