Manager / Senior Manager (Corporate Communications) [What you will be working on]
Work closely with Assistant Director of the Corporate Communications Department to develop strategies and drive multi-channel communications to support organisational goals
Communications Guru \xe2\x80\x93 be adept in integrated communications, and manage communications functions such as public relations, traditional and digital media marketing, branding, social media, content production and crisis communications
Master Communicator \xe2\x80\x93 work on internal and external communications and publicity initiatives, together with other team members and counterparts in areas of communications, marketing and outreach, design and content creation
Networking Champion - foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and engagement
Storyteller Extraordinaire - identify key messages and leverage on relevant channels and tactics to creatively amplify TP and its offerings to stakeholders and the public
People Developer - plan and provide opportunities for staff to develop expertise in key communications functions through relevant training and upskilling initiatives
Brand Custodian \xe2\x80\x93 implement communications strategies to amplify and drive awareness of TP among its target audiences
Systems Thinker - develop and implement workflow processes to facilitate effective communication outcomes
[What we are looking for]
At least 8 years of work experience in marketing, business, mass communication, humanities/social sciences or other related fields
At least 4 years of relevant experience as a supervisor or team manager, leading teams of communications professionals and advocating a growth mindset of excellence and innovation
Hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
Highly motivated performer with a high threshold for resolving complex issues within tight timelines
Stellar track record in developing and implementing integrated, multi-channel communications and campaigns
Strong knowledge of current key trends in social / digital media marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Google Adwords, with experience in creating digital and social media content
Good grasp of copywriting, graphic design, publishing and layout
Sound understanding of budgeting and compliance requirements
