What the role is:
As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Corporate Services in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the delivery of corporate services and projects for MOE.
What you will be working on:

• Establish effective systems and processes to ensure smooth delivery of corporate and administrative services for MOE o Develop and enhance IT systems to improve MOE corporate services delivery, including the Integrated Records Management System, Staff Directory System, and Circulars and Notifications System o Implement records management policies, systems, and processes, and drive good record management practices for MOE o Work with the National Archives of Singapore to declassify MOE records and archives for research and public information o Manage staff and corporate cards, mail services, office administration, and other related services for MOE

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with relevant working experience in contract and vendor management o Knowledge of information systems and records management would be an advantage o Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment o Excellent people, collaborative, communication, and project management skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
