foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world\'s leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwideResponsibilities:

  • Own and implement end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategies, from ideation, project planning and execution, to performance management and optimization.
  • Design and build automated CRM campaign journeys to acquire, groom and retain customers across various direct marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to inform future strategies, optimizations and A/B tests.
  • Own and manage an incentives budget, and be able to effectively use and optimize this budget to drive your overall campaign and growth strategies.
  • Provide support to local markets with campaign customization, strategic insights, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders, execute campaigns and develop business insights.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in similar industries
  • Proficiency in CRM and campaign management platforms, preferably Braze.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and engagement strategies.
  • Very detail-oriented with a bias to action and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage projects end-to-end, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Liquid and HTML/CSS is preferred.
