About Department and Purpose of the Position

As a (Senior) Manager in Enterprise IT, you play a crucial role in lead the management of NUH cluster systems accesses, establish and implement policies and procedures in information governance and technology risk management practices within the organisation. This role will report to the NUH\'s Head, Informatics Systems and Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO).

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI and ML applications on existing NUHS analytics platform to optimize and evaluate NUH processes.
• Analyse historical data to uncover trends and patterns as part of descriptive analytics.
• Develop simulation and optimization models to support long range management decision making for health outcomes in line with the NUHS Mission.
• Maintain existing NUHS platform on private and commercial cloud to use identified and de-identified data for data exploration and real-time decision support via virtual machines.
• Develop and maintain data pipes from existing source systems into NUHS analytics platform with support from CIO team.
• Manage activities, timelines, tools, staffing and funding for assigned portfolio.
• Build up collaborations within and outside of the Department and NUHS.
• Interact with interdisciplinary teams to build data culture through NUHS.
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer

Key Requirements

• Degree in analytics: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant majors with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in use of R and Python
• Proficient in the use of appropriate AI/ML pipelines
• Excellent organisation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
