What the role is:As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Facilities Management Digitalisation in the School Campus (Digital and Plans) Office, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the development IT systems to manage facilities management (FM) and development contracts, and formulates plans and policies to improve school FM.What you will be working on:

• Develop and maintain an IT system that manages FM and construction contracts for MOE HQ and schools, including the formulation of requirements for future system enhancements \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and plan user engagement for FM digitalisation initiatives/ projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop digital capabilities within the department by designing training resources and conducting training workshops \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with system users to understand and address their data analytics needs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision makers \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and recommend FM policies, structures and processes, and secure resources (e.g. funding) to improve FM outcomes and operations We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant training and background in information technology or information systems, preferably with relevant working experience in data analytics and/ or information technologies implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with knowledge of the building industry and/ or management of FM and construction contracts would be preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical thinking, written and verbal communication and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A proactive and independent team player with good interpersonal skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
