What the role is:
As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Headquarters (HQ) Facilities Management in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the planning, development, and management of infrastructure and facilities in MOE Headquarters.
What you will be working on:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day security, fire safety and workplace safety and health operations and systems for MOE HQ buildings, including leading and supervising a team of security officers, Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and contractors to ensure high-performance standards and compliance across systems o Respond to security and safety incidents, including incident reporting, conducting investigations and managing documentations o Coordinate with other authorities (e.g. SPF, SCDF and MOM) on security and safety-related matters and establish good working relationships o Manage security and fire protection systems installation, maintenance and upgrading works o Prepare and administer security-related contracts, documentation and reports

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in security, workplace safety and health, facilities management, engineering or related fields o Good working knowledge and understanding of Singapore's security and fire safety regulations as well as the Workplace Safety and Health Act o Familiarity with security technologies (e.g. access control, CCTV, alarm systems) and fire protection systems o Experience in security management for commercial, public or government buildings and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification would be an advantage o Ability to work well independently and be an effective team player with good interpersonal, communication and project management skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks from the close of the application window.
