[What the role is]
The Manpower & Infrastructure Development Division (MIPD) within the Training Partners Group, plays a crucial role in steering the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector towards new horizons of innovation and digital readiness.[What you will be working on]This position is seeks to harness the power of digital learning solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and training effectiveness of the TAE sector. Aligned with SSG\'s mission to empower through education, the ideal candidate will embody our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, driving forward initiatives that uplift the capabilities of our training partners and stakeholders.

  • Manage and oversee TAE partners in their innovation journeys, fostering the development of digital learning solutions.
  • Engage in the incubation and prototyping of innovative learning solutions, ensuring their alignment with market demands.
  • Support the innovation capability development of strategic TAE partners, enhancing their digital readiness and operational efficiency.
  • Provide account management services to strategic partners, including the review of proposals and contracts, monitoring of KPIs, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to organise impactful TAE events and conferences, fostering a community of learning and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and programmes, proposing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Undertake strategic planning and execution of manpower and skills plans to support the TAE sector\'s growth and development.
  • Demonstrate strategic foresight and analytical skills in identifying opportunities for innovation within the TAE sector.
[What we are looking for]
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in programme management, preferably within the TAE sector or related fields.
  • Strong familiarity with the local TAE landscape and a keen interest in innovation and digital readiness.
  • Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication, with a preference for business writing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with financial management and project administration.
  • A performance and outcome-driven mindset, coupled with a business-oriented approach.
  • An independent self-starter who thrives on challenging projects and enjoys collaborative teamwork.
  • Competence in people and information management, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge or experience in Agile & Scrum methodology, Design-thinking, and Theory of Change is highly desirable.
Candidates with relevant work experience but without the specified qualifications may also be considered.
