What the role is:
As Manager/ Senior Manager/ Lead Manager, Budget in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of the team providing operational support to MOE Kindergartens (MKs) and Kindergarten Care (KCare) Services.
What you will be working on:

• Coordinate with team and provide operational support to MKs and KCare Services in the areas of financial assistance, arrears management, billings and collections o Liaise with stakeholders to review, analyse and enhance MK-related policies and systems to streamline work processes, improve workflows and enforce compliance o Provide advice to HQ divisions, MKs and KCare Operators on prevailing financial guidelines and funding related matters o Drive finance transformation and automation, leverage on data analytics and visualisation tools for reporting and insights to facilitate decision-making process

What we are looking for:

• Relevant training and/ or past working experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Management would be preferred o Knowledge in system administration, data processing and/ or process automation would be preferred o Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively as well as work in a fast-paced environment o Good problem-solving, writing and analytical skills o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Resourcefulness and attention to detail In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
