What the role is:
As a Manager/ Senior Manager (Management Services) in the Administration Branch, Curriculum Planning and Development Division 2, you will be supporting Gifted Education Branch for the implementation of the refreshed Gifted Education Programme (GEP) to support the teaching and learning of Higher-Ability Learners (HALs). You will work closely with school HAL coordinators to coordinate administrative operations for after-school modules conducted at designated Regional Centres (RCs).
What you will be working on:

• Providing operational and administrative guidance to the RCs o Manage financial matters, including budgeting, procurement of goods and services, and contract management o Review work processes to enhance administrative efficiency o Manage queries from schools and parents o Handle the administrative coordination of HAL programmes and training workshops

What we are looking for:

• Strong project management, administrative operations and financial management skills o Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills o Experience in process improvement and system optimisation o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks from the close of the application window.
