What the role is:Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will lead VITAL's organisational development initiatives. In this role, you will enhance employee engagement, drive change management, and foster a culture of care, well-being and inclusivity.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities will include: Organisational Diagnosis xefx82xa7 Partner with key stakeholders to assess organisational health and engagement xefx82xa7 Develop and implement strategies to boost morale, retention and productivity xefx82xa7 Manage the Employee Engagement Survey process, including analysis, focus groups and action planning Internal Communication and Engagement xefx82xa7 Create and execute VITAL's internal communication strategy xefx82xa7 Develop content for various internal platforms xefx82xa7 Coordinate townhalls and senior management dialogue sessions xefx82xa7 Design and implement targeted communication and engagement initiatives Change Management xefx82xa7 Support divisions and project teams in managing organisational change xefx82xa7 Facilitate cross-level stakeholder engagement and conversations xefx82xa7 Apply OD frameworks to drive effective change xefx82xa7 Develop a robust communication framework for change management Well-being and Inclusivity xefx82xa7 Cultivate VITAL's organisational values and Employee Value Proposition xefx82xa7 Foster a culture of care, support and inclusivity xefx82xa7 Monitor staff well-being and address concerns xefx82xa7 Collaborate on staff welfare, diversity and inclusivity initiatives with inter-divisional committees Data Analysis & Reporting xe2x80xa2 Establish and monitor KPIs for OD programmes xe2x80xa2 Analyse relevant data to provide insights for management reporting Continuous Improvement xe2x80xa2 Stay current with organisational development best practices xe2x80xa2 Drive innovation in processes and leverage technology to enhance productivityWhat we are looking for:xefx82xa7 Tertiary qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience xefx82xa7 Strong understanding of OD principles, change management and employee engagement xefx82xa7 Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills xefx82xa7 Experience in data analysis and able to speak and write effectively xefx82xa7 Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills xefx82xa7 Self-driven, independent and able to multi-task effectively xefx82xa7 Proficiency in various media softwareAbout VITAL:Looking to make an impact in your career?
