What the role is:
As a Manager / Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Research in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing campaigns and immersion programmes. You will also work with stakeholders to ensure a strong branding and image of MOE in order to attract suitable applicants to join as Teachers, MOE Kindergarten Educators, Allied Educators, and Executive and Administrative Staff.
What you will be working on:

• Develop and execute marketing projects and media strategies o Conduct market research and draw insights from analytics to formulate strategies for attracting targeted applicants o Manage immersion programmes which includes handling applications, interviews, deployment and coordinating payroll processing o Organise and participate in various career fairs and outreach events o Identify and create programmes to grow and drive engagement amongst target audiences for MOE careers

What we are looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills o Familiarity with content marketing and conceptualising recruitment campaigns for out-of-home and social media advertising o Creative, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, a team player with a strong drive for continuous improvement o Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data analytics to draw insights and develop actionable plans o Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required with knowledge of Canva / Adobe or other apps for graphic design and basic videography would be an advantage As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
