What the role is:
As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Service Management and Planning in the Customer Services Branch (CSB), Student Placement and Services Division (SPSD), you will be part of the team driving service excellence in MOE Headquarters and schools. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to implement customised training programmes and targeted service-related resources that complement existing service culture building efforts. This will sustain the service capability and competency of MOE staff to deliver consistent and high-quality service across all touchpoints. You will also handle divisional planning and administration, including co-ordinating submissions and controls, executing key events, managing staff awards, and advising on finance, procurement, training and business continuity matters.
