You will be a part of HPB\xe2\x80\x99s Workforce Planning & Talent Development Department, which focuses on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition as well as talent development to build up the succession pipeline for HPB.
What You Can Expect
As a key member of the Workforce Planning & Talent Development Department, you will have to partner with divisions and line managers to understand their business needs while performing end-to-end recruitment as well as onboarding and exit management.
Be Part of the Team
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment or as a HR generalist/ Business Partner, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in human resources and/or business administration
- Good knowledge of market\xe2\x80\x99s best practices in business partnering and talent acquisition
- Resourceful, meticulous and a collaborative team player with good written and verbal communication skills
