Job Description


What the role is:To support team in development of effective services and initiatives in collaboration with Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and other key partners to meet the needs of service users.What you will be working on:1. Support development and management of new and existing services to meet gaps in sub-sectors:

  • Support in data collection and management for funded programmes and key initiatives
  • Support engagement of SSAs and key partners to understand national strategies and key services in the sub-sector
  • Support in analysing the service landscape to identify key needs and gaps in the sub-sector
  • Work with SSAs and other relevant stakeholders to develop programmes and initiatives that meet identified needs and gaps
  • Assess funding proposals of new programmes in accordance with NCSS\' service and funding priorities
2. Provide secretariat support to NCSS Services Committee
  • Manage and provide logistics and secretariat support for monthly Services Committee meetings involving key stakeholders and external parties
3. Manage and provide support relating to IT systems:
  • Support in helping partners and teams use or troubleshoot IT systems managed by NCSS
  • Support management and oversight of system maintenance
4. Support growth of effective services
  • Manage existing funded services
  • Assess and evaluate initiatives and programmes implemented
  • Advise SSAs on areas relating to service development and improvement
  • Provide feedback and support to improve grant application and programme management workflow and processes
  • Work with SSAs and other relevant stakeholders to refine service models and evaluation for approval
5. Division corporate administration
  • Support team\'s tracking of budget utilisation
  • Manage Director\'s calendar
