. The successful candidate will oversee daily clinical operations, lead a team of physiotherapists and support staff, and ensure high standards of service quality and patient satisfaction.


This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with proven experience in clinic management, physiotherapy services, or allied health leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Leadership

Manage day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy clinic.


Supervise and support a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and patient care assistants.


Ensure optimal scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization.

Patient Care & Quality

Monitor patient satisfaction and address feedback effectively.


Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality and evidence-based physiotherapy services.


Uphold compliance with MOH regulations and clinical governance standards.

Team Development

Mentor and train clinical staff on patient care practices and operational protocols.


Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.

Administrative Duties

Oversee inventory, procurement of equipment, and clinic supplies.


Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and KPIs related to patient care outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with doctors, healthcare providers, and external partners to coordinate patient care and referrals.
