Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service. Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize wastage and control costs. Ensure compliance with food hygiene Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company



Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to work on weekends and public holidays Ability to stand for long periods of time during shifts. Possesses qualities such as initiative and hardworking with a positive attitude to learn and contribute Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
