Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of all projects according to schedule Manage a team of supervisors, workers and sub-contractors to ensure proper execution of works Attend site meetings Carry out necessary actions to ensure smooth progression of site works Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, materials and as-built drawings Handover of site to client Any other incidental work or tasks assigned by the company where appropriate Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Update the job cost from Project Manager and control the manpower within the cost Analyse and interpret market data regularly and execute monthly business reports to empower
the business with valuable information to make decisions
