We are looking for a full time dynamic and motivated employee to lead our cleaning operations team in Singapore!

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure service quality across multiple sites Manage and train cleaning staff, ensuring high performance and morale Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and site inspections Liaise with clients and respond to feedback promptly and professionally Monitor inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:



A Degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in Business, Hospitality, or related field) Some relevant experience in cleaning services or facilities management Strong leadership and organizational skills Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Able to work flexible hours when required.
