Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites Manage, train, and supervise cleaning staff Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction Schedule staff shifts and allocate resources effectively Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Liaise with clients and handle services. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and manage procurement. Support business development and cost-efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
