Job Description

1. Educational Qualification





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.





Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.





2. Professional Skills





Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.





Ability to handle budgeting, payroll, and resource allocation.





Familiarity with HR practices, compliance, and labor laws.





Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.





3. Experience





Typically 3-5 years of experience in administration, office management, or supervisory roles.





Experience in staff management, vendor coordination, and facility management.





4. Soft Skills





Leadership and people management.





Communication and interpersonal skills.





Problem-solving and decision-making ability.





Organizational and time management.





5. Certifications (Optional but Valuable)





Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)





HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
