Act as a strategic partner driving competitive intelligence and operational excellence.
Blend strategic market analysis with hands-on process optimization.
Support ambitious growth plans through cross-functional collaboration.
Research and evaluate industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging opportunities to identify potential risks and avenues for growth.
Conduct competitor and industry analysis to assess business models and market positioning.
Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to senior leadership.
Manage and deliver strategic projects aligned with business objectives.
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or related degree, Qualifications in Business or Finance are a strong plus.
Strong knowledge on commercial law and regulatory matters is a must and particularly Greater China & APAC region
Experience in Construction industries or related industry is preferred.
Proven track record in leading process improvement and strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
