Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Sales Growth

Flexible Availability

: Be available to work night shifts until midnight, as well as all weekends and public holidays. Flexibility for ad-hoc shifts is also required.

Customer Base Management

: Utilize your existing customer base to drive sales and foster relationships that benefit both the customers and the company.

Experience

: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales techniques.

Customer Service Skills

: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Sales Acumen

: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute positively to the company's revenue. *

Training Ability

: Experience in training or mentoring staff is preferred, with a passion for developing others.
