Job Description

Project Planning:

Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, from project inception to completion.

Site Supervision:

Oversee all on-site activities, direct workers and subcontractors, and monitor the quality of work.

Budget Management:

Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to stay within financial guidelines.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure all construction complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards through inspections and audits.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties, providing regular updates on project status and resolving issues.

Resource Management:

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and allocate personnel to meet project demands.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, project documentation, change orders, and financial reports.

Leadership:

Exceptional leadership skills to guide teams and manage complex project dynamics.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify potential problems, analyze risks, and develop prompt solutions to keep projects on track.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of all phases of the construction process, construction details, and relevant building codes and regulations. *

Organizational Skills:

Excellent time management and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
