& Requirements

+ Assist Project Manager to oversee overall project progress, manpower and monitor project schedule. + Prepare, submit, and obtain approval on Change Request Management.
+ Carry out testing & commissioning and basic troubleshooting of the system.
+ Liaise with supervisors and sub-contractors.
+ Ensure project complete within the timeline.
+ Mitigate site issues and propose contingency plan.
+ Day to day site co-ordinations with the main contractor, sub-contractor.
+ Prepare, plan and request site inspection with main con or RTO.
+ Ensure the allocation of resources as planned and submit daily work progress and manpower forecast report.
+ Monitor and request for equipment, material delivery.
+ Ensure equipment, material and site work compliance to specifications.
+ Filing of project documentation.
+ Attend technical meeting, daily site progress meeting and safety meetings.
+ Designing work on electrical drawing + Maintain design documents and drawings. Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with the project timetable Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements to meet project budgets by assessing and analyzing operational and financial risks that may be encountered in the execution of planned construction projects. Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company's relationship with contractors in a bid to produce a strategic partnership * Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm.
