Job Description

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations.





Responsibilities:





Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.


Establish and enforce quality control standards.


Manage and optimize the use of equipment, materials, and human resources.


Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff.


Enforce and promote safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:





At least diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
