Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Support marketing and promotional activities to grow the business

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail/healthcare/TCM management preferred Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine products is an advantage Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude * Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
