Responsibilities:
Manage all food and Beverage and daily operations within budget
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design menus
Purchase and control of inventory, keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
Identify customers need and respond to all of their concern
Recruitment and training of staff
Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
Responsible for the daily operations of the outlet
Regularly audit the compliance of the SOPs
Maintain good hygiene and proper food handling
Maintain high standards of cleanliness & safety
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in similar or related field is preferred
Good Knowledge of Food and Beverage
Strong leadership skills and team motivator
Willing to groom and train your team
Good communication with the Ops Manager and the rest of the team
Inventory management
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi task
Good organisational skills
