Establish and monitor food and beverage service standards to ensure a high-quality dining experience for customers;
Manage and optimize operational processes to effectively control costs and improve efficiency and profitability;
Develop sales and marketing strategies to promote food and beverage products and services;
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply chain management to ensure adequate food and beverage supply;
Lead the team in training and performance management to enhance overall professionalism and service awareness;
Handle customer feedback and emergencies to maintain brand image and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including 2-3 years in a management position;
Familiarity with food and beverage operational processes and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP);
Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and team management experience;
Strong business acumen and the ability to set and implement performance goals;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with the team and customers;
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
