Able to manage and motivate staff
Plan staff work schedule
Able to work on Fri, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Able to work from 7am
Lead the team to achieve sales target
Increase outlets staff productivity
Excellent customer service
Hands-on attitude
Training new staff
Maintaining stores to standards, including ordering of stocks and cleaning
Train staffs to make hot & cold beverages, toast, cashiering as well as operations in kitchen.
Ensuring outlet is clean
