Responsibilities
Operations management - Oversee day-to-day shop operations, including staff scheduling, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer flow
Staff supervision and training - Hiring, training and managing wellness therapists, and ensuring the team meet quality and service standards
Customer service - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring clients receive excellent service, addressing complaints or concerns and implementing measures to address feedback
Inventory and supplies management - Managing stock levels of supplies, and overseeing ordering and tracking to maintain sufficient inventory
Health and safety compliance - Ensuring the team follows health, safety and hygiene standards. This includes staff training on sanitation protocols and equipment maintenance
Requirement:
Experience in beauty and related hospitality industry
Able to motivate and lead a team to ensure high-quality service
Attention to details, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and service quality
Passion for wellness and self-care
Friendly and cheerful personality
